Wellesley, MA November 10, 2003 - DYS Analytics, Inc., the leader in application performance management solutions for messaging and collaboration, announced that Stefan Mehlhorn has become its new CEO, effective immediately. Mehlhorn, an entrepreneur and seasoned enterprise software executive, formerly was DYS' vice president of services for the past year where he significantly grew DYS' professional services business, developed new methodologies and expanded relationships with key integration partners. The appointment caps a record year for DYS and positions the company to leverage strong market interest in solutions that "Efficiencize" enterprise Instant Messaging (IM), messaging and collaboration networks for greater performance at lower cost. Mehlhorn replaces Marco Farsheed, who left to pursue other interests.

DYS CONTROL! solutions enable IT staffs to proactively optimize or "Efficiencize" their messaging and collaboration environment and gain the in-depth understanding required for successful execution of strategic projects such as server consolidations, platform upgrades/migrations and topology redesigns.

About Stefan Mehlhorn
Mehlhorn has over a decade of in-depth experience in managing deployments of large-scale, mission-critical software applications for Global 1000 customers on four continents. Prior to joining DYS as its vice president of services, Mehlhorn was the director of product strategy for the content solutions group at MRO Software (NASDAQ: MROI), a position he held after selling his former company, Collego, to MRO in August of 2001. As president and CEO at Collego, he was instrumental in developing a next generation content management solution, enabling the XML based distribution of product information within the industrial supply chain.

Mehlhorn has also held the position of senior practice manager at Siebel Systems through Siebel's acquisition of InterActive WorkPlace, a software company where he held key management positions. Prior to his work at Siebel and InterActive WorkPlace, Mehlhorn managed the professional services practice for North America at POINT Information Systems.

Stefan holds a degree as Diplomingenieur in Computer Science and Information Technology from the Technische Universität Chemnitz, Germany.
