WELLESLEY, Mass., July 23, 2001 - DYS Analytics announced today that the company has entered into a strategic business alliance with Lotus Professional Services (LPS), the consulting division of Lotus Development Corporation, an IBM company. Effective immediately, this alliance will enable LPS to resell DYS Analytics Enterprise Traffic Management Solutions as well as utilize DYS tools in LPS consulting engagements.
With approximately 78 million deployed seats as of January 2001, Lotus Notes/Domino has become a strategic platform for messaging, collaborative and e-business applications in major organizations. The success of this platform has resulted in increased deployment of Notes/Domino-based mission critical applications - and exponential growth of email traffic in these organizations. Consequently, issues such as infrastructure costs, service levels and security have become of paramount importance.
"We are excited about our relationship with DYS," said Dennis Archibald, vice president, Americas for Lotus Professional Services. "By using DYS products, Lotus Professional Services will provide enterprise-wide traffic performance analysis and optimization services to our customers."
"Our relationship with Lotus Professional Services will help more organizations leverage our technology to get the most out of their Notes/Domino infrastructure and provide better service to their end users," said Marco Farsheed, chief executive officer of DYS Analytics. "We look forward to working closely with the LPS team."
The DYS CONTROL!
