WELLESLEY, Mass., April 16, 2002 - DYS Analytics announced today that Penton Technology Media, a division of Penton Media, Inc., (NYSE: PME) has selected DYS CONTROL! as one of 18 Editors' Choice finalists for the first annual e-Pro Magazine Apex Awards for Lotus. Winners will be announced at The View ADMIN 2002 in Boston on May 1.

DYS Analytics' DYS CONTROL! was named as a finalist in the Messaging, Collaboration, and c-Commerce category. Other categories for the Apex Awards include: Application Development, Content and Knowledge Management, General Application Software, and Systems Management.
In addition to announcing the winners of the above categories at ADMIN2002, e-Pro Magazine will also present the 2002 Industry Driver award at that time. The winner of the Industry Driver award will be determined by magazine staff and will be based on creativity, use of technology, and innovation of product. e-Pro Magazine will also present the winners of the Readers' Choice awards in each of the above categories. The winners of the Readers' Choice awards were determined by votes compiled on e-ProMag.com.
