ORLANDO, Fla., January 26, 2004 - At Lotusphere 2004 today, DYS Analytics, Inc., a leader in application performance management for messaging and collaboration applications, announced Email CONTROL! Desktop Edition, a targeted version of the company's flagship CONTROL! solution for email management for mid-tier organizations. Email CONTROL! Desktop Edition allows organizations with up to 5000 seats achieve greater email operational efficiency resulting in lower total cost of ownership (TCO) and higher quality of service (QoS). This new offering provides underserved email-based communities with both real-time and historical analysis of their collaboration infrastructure for fast problem resolution, improved QoS and deeper insight into their collaboration infrastructure. The new Email CONTROL! Desktop Edition is separately licensed and sold, and will initially be available for the IBM Lotus Domino messaging platform.
DYS also announced CONTROL! solutions for the IBM Lotus Workplace and IBM Team Workplace platforms. By providing critical application management capabilities for these newer IBM applications, DYS provides IT staffs the same TCO-lowering, QoS-increasing and SLA compliance benefits as they have achieved when using DYS CONTROL! with their existing Domino, Exchange and Sametime platforms. CONTROL! for IBM Lotus Workplace and IBM Lotus Team Workplace are separately licensed and sold.
All three new products are built on the new CONTROL! 4.2 Platform, also announced today, and will be available starting in April 2004.
