New features in v5 include:
- Expanded support for complex and geographically distributed Exchange networks in larger user settings of up to 5000 seats. These complex networks can span the globe, and can include multi-server routing configurations that are especially difficult to troubleshoot.
- Increased performance in data collection and results display. Exchange admins using Email Control! receive results more quickly allowing for faster problem resolution.
- Richer topology graphs - so admins can more quickly understand how email is actually flowing through their network.
- User interface changes that improve intuitiveness and critical data display.
- Automation of Internet-bound probe messages. These messages are sent to configured internet email accounts for automatic replying. This automated real-time round-trip analysis speeds problem detection/isolation.
