Messaging and Groupware Consultant

Permessa is seeking an experienced and energetic professional to join our messaging and groupware consulting practice. Our company is working with some of the largest enterprise email and IM systems in the world. We are providing software and services that assures that corporate Email & IM is getting delivered, servers don't give-out under overload and sensitive information doesn't leak.
Location
Based in Waltham, Massachusetts
Responsibilities
- Deliver and manage consulting engagements focused on analysis and design of large enterprise email, IM and collaboration environments
- Build best practices and methodologies for delivering services
- Perform internal and customer training
- Create high quality proposals and consulting reports
Requirements
- 3+ years in consulting/managing large messaging and groupware networks i.e., Lotus Notes/Domino and/or Microsoft Exchange
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Strong technical and analytical skills
- Good understanding of Windows and Unix platforms
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to travel some of the time
- Certification on Domino, Windows or Exchange a plus
