Professional Services Consultant
Seeking an experienced and energetic professional to join our messaging and groupware consulting practice.
Location
Based in Waltham, Massachusetts
Responsibilities
- Deliver and manage consulting engagements focused on analysis and design of large email and replication networks
- Build best practices and methodologies for delivering services
- Perform internal and customer training
- Create high quality proposals and consulting reports
Requirements
- 3+ years in consulting/managing large messaging and groupware networks i.e., Lotus Notes/Domino and/or Microsoft Exchange
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Strong technical and analytical skills
- Good understanding of Windows and Unix platforms
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to travel some of the time
- Certification on Domino, Windows or Exchange a plus
